is made from special material and technology
that is developed by Nan Pao together with
Ripolin-Duco Industrie. Ripolin-Duco Industrie
is a widely known powder coating manufacturer

| 贮放条件 |

贮放场所:应避免湿气怀日光直射。 |

贮放湿度:应清真35以下。 |

贮放时间:在以上所述条件之下为一年。若为特殊的低温硬化型,则为3-6个月。超过贮放时间需要
重新检验,如结果符合要求,仍可使用。 |

| 用法 |
前处理工程:被涂物表面之油脂、污物、水份、锈、氧化物等。必须先以化学或机械方法除去,使成干净的金属表面方可涂装。若要求防蚀性、耐药品性与密著性,则需要作磷酸盐化成皮膜处理。
涂装方法:涂特佳是专为静电喷枪涂装而设计的。但在某些场合,亦可使用浸渍法涂装。使用静电喷涂前,电压强度为—50~100KV,视所需膜厚调节之,若使用浸渍法涂装时,涂装前,请先考虑被涂物的形状、热容量、要求膜厚等条件,设定预热的温度。
硬化:将涂装后之物件直接送入烘箱内加热,使涂料有足够的温度与时间熔融,聚合硬化成涂膜。各类别涂料有其硬化条件,参考个别资料。 |
| APPLYING
METHOD |
Surface
Treatment:Surface of substrates before coating
has to be clean and dry, that is to say
no rust, grease or dust.
The main surface pretreatments include chemical
and mechanical treatment.
When mainly mechanical properties are required
and surface is rather clean, only a simple
degreasing will be sufficient.
But, sometimes in order to obtain the est
mechanical and chemical resistance, Armophous
phosphating has to be used.
Coatings of powder:Electrostatic gunspraying
is currently made automatic or handspraying.
Powder has to be sprayed in a magnetic field,
-50~-90KV. Another coating process is fluidized
bed coating.
The preheated substrate is dipped into a
fluidized bed of powder to obtain a film
which is then cured.
Preheating can be dispensed with if an electrostatic
cloud bed techniquie is used.
Curing:After application, the powder has
to be cured to obtain the polymerisation
of the coat in the oven.
Curing time depends on the curing temperature
and the type of powder. |
